ONE of three lanes of the M62 Westbound has been closed this morning, following a vehicle obstruction.
Highways England reported that there is congestion between J27 and J26 on M62 Westbound with Lane 1 and the hard shoulder closed after a vehicle has broken down.
Traffic conditions are expected to return to normal between 9 and 9:15 am.
