POLICE have seized 164 cannabis plants and 475 seedlings after a raid at an address in Keighley this morning.
Officers recovered the plants from the Highfield Lane area of the town.
The “potential yield” from the plants, officers said, would have been around £130,000.
The news was tweeted by Sergeant Dave Purcell of Keighley Neighbourhood Policing Team at 8.40am today.
He said: “Early start for Team 1 this morning - 164 mature plants and 475 seedlings recovered from an address in Highfield.
“Potential yield would have netted the owner approximately £130,000 at street value.”
Sergeant Purcell also tweeted some photos of the farm, which showed a room filled with cannabis plants.
