Bradford motorists may face delays on the M606 this weekend as roadworks get underway.

The latest expected works list - with notes from National Highways - shows the closure is due to start from Friday evening into Tuesday morning.

But drivers will be able to take some solace in the fact that it is only expected to cause slight traffic delays.

M606 roadwork closures this weekend

The M606 northbound and southbound will be closed from junction 26 to junction 3.

It will close from 8pm on April 22 to 6am on April 26.

National Highways will close lanes for general cleaning and maintenance work with delays expected to last under 10 minutes.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads.
