A MAN has been banned from a Bradford branch of Wetherspoons for 12 months after appearing in court charged with urinating and assault charges there.
Dale Rayner, 29, of Holroyd Hill, Wibsey, was given a community order when appeared in court on a host of charges.
He was convicted for an act of outraging public decency – common law for being in a public place, at Turls Green, Wetherspoons, Bradford, committed an act of outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely urinating in a public place, on March 21, 2022.
In the second charge, he was convicted of common assault at Turls Green Wetherspoons, Bradford, on March 21, 2022. He was also ordered to pay £100 compensation for this charge.
Rayner was also convicted for a second offence of common assault, also at Turls Green, Wetherspoons, Bradford, on March 21, 2022. He was also ordered to pay £100 compensation.
Rayner was also convicted on one charge of using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour to cause harassment/alarm/distress at Turls Green Wetherspoons, Bradford, on March 21, 2022.
He also faced a charge of failing to surrender to police/court bail at the appointed time on April 8, 2022.
Rayner pleaded guilty to all charges when he was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on April 12, 2022.
