Firefighters were called to Heaton where what is believed to be a Mercedes A-Class was on fire
A CAR was burnt out in a suspected arson attack on a Bradford backstreet.
Firefighters from Shipley were called to the scene at around 3am this morning, where what is thought to have been a Mercedes A-Class was well alight on the rear of Park Drive in Heaton.
A firefighter wearing breathing apparatus brought the blaze under control using a hose reel.
A West Yorkshire and Fire Rescue Service spokesperson said it’s thought the car had been abandoned and set on fire.
Firefighters made the scene safe and were there for around half an hour.
Police were also in attendance and are investigating the fire.
