A BRADFORD man has appeared in court charged with stealing from district shops.
James Lee, 42, of Valley Road, was given a community order for two theft from a shop offences.
In the first charge, he stole five Gillette razors and a Google Nest belonging to B&M Home Stores, Cavendish Street, Keighley, on January 13, 2022.
In the second charge, Lee stole two bottles of Whitley Neil gin bottles and one bottle of vodka, to an unknown value, from Asda, Manor Lane, Shipley, on March 30, 2022.
Under the terms of the community order, Lee was handed a drug rehabilitation requirement to have treatment for drug dependency for nine months.
Lee pleaded guilty to both theft from a shop charges when he was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on March 31, 2022.
