A WOMAN remains in hospital in a serious condition following an incident at a block of flats close to Bradford city centre.
Emergency services, including the air ambulance, were scrambled to the scene on North Street, off Shipley Airedale Road, last Friday afternoon.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "Police were called to a block of flats on North Street, Bradford at about 12pm on Friday following a report of a concern for the safety of a woman there.
"Emergency services attended and located a woman who was seriously injured, following what is believed to be a fall from an upper balcony."
The force said there was not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
In an update today, police said the woman remains in hospital in a serious condition.
