A LIFELONG Bradford City fan has sadly died.
Yesterday evening, the club announced Eric Tarren had passed away.
The Bantams sent their thoughts to his family and friends.
City's tweet read: "We are saddened to learn of the passing of lifelong City supporter, Eric Tarren.
"Our thoughts are with his loved ones at this difficult time."
Many fellow fans also paid tribute to Mr Tarren in response to the tweet.
Adam Baker said: "Such sad news, rest in peace Eric. Thoughts with Christine and family."
Stephen Lay added: "Rest in peace. I worked with Eric at Atkinsons in Bingley and went to City with him."
"Can remember Eric played cricket for Bingley Congs," said Stewart Molyneux.
Declan Holmes added: "Rest in peace Eric, good man."
