Motorists are facing a tailback stretching several miles on the eastbound M62 this morning after a three-vehicle smash near Tingley left two lanes blocked.
It's been reported that the accident, between junctions 27 and 28, involves two cars and a van.
The congestion is tailing back beyond Junction 26, at Chain Bar roundabout to around the Hartshead Moor services, near Junction 25 for Brighouse.
West Yorkshire Police said: "Called 7.10am to M62 at Tingley to reports of a road traffic collision."
