IT WAS a special day at Valley Parade on Saturday, with some very popular guests.
Bradford City Disability got the chance to take to the field at half-time, their first appearance since the coronavirus pandemic began two years ago.
This was because the Bantams were marking their annual Level Playing Field fixture.
🙌 | Great to be able to welcome @bcafcdisability back onto the field at half-time on Saturday - for the first time in over two years - as we marked our annual @lpftweets fixture!#BCAFC | #TakeMeHome pic.twitter.com/rbnr6ykqro

Level Playing Field is a registered charity campaigning for an inclusive matchday experience and equal access for all disabled sports fans in England and Wales.
The Bangla Bantams were out in force too, as they hosted their Newport County counterparts, Exiles Together.
An award-winning multicultural group of supporters from the heart of Bradford, they were delighted to host their Welsh friends, who insisted the favour would be returned soon at Rodney Parade.

Despite the good feeling around the game though, sadly those in attendance were forced to sit through a 0-0 draw.
