A 74-YEAR-OLD man has been banned after appearing in court for driving without a licence.
Graham Spencer, of Broadway, Bingley, faced one charge of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence - endorsable offence.
He was caught driving a motor vehicle, on Broadway, Bingley, otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising him to drive a motor vehicle of that class. The incident took place on July 28, 2021.
He was disqualified from driving for 28 days, fined £77 and ordered to pay £90 costs and a £34 victim surcharge for the offence.
He pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing and was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on March 4, 2022.
