A WARRANT without bail has been issued against a woman who failed to attend court charged with criminal damage to Skipton Wetherspoons.
Kimberley Higham, 31, of Chapel Street, Bradford, is alleged to have damaged a window at the Devonshire, in Newmarket Street, to the value of £305.63 on September 4, 2020.
Higham was summonsed to attend Skipton Magistrates' Court today (Friday) to answer to the allegation but did not attend.
The bench agreed to issue a warrant for her arrest.
