A 33-YEAR-old man has been arrested on suspicion of a firearms offence after a house in Huddersfield was shot at earlier this week.
Armed officers were deployed to the scene on The Fairway, Fixby at 10.59pm on Tuesday, after a report that someone had shot at the window of a house.
They found damage consistent with a firearms discharge.
No injuries were reported in the incident, although police stepped up patrols in the area in the aftermath.
The 33-year-old man remains in custody at this time and enquiries are continuing.
