A WOMAN has been heavily fined in a Bradford court for defying Covid-19 restrictions in the midst of the pandemic.
Kelly Clarke participated in a gathering of two or more people in a house which was in a tier 4 area last year.
On February 4, 2021, the 37-year-old attended the property in Cardigan Court, Leeds.
She was fined £1760 and had to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and court costs of £110.
