A BRADFORD man has appeared in court charged with possession of a class A drug and stealing perfume from a city shop.
Norbert Argyel, 25, of Dyson Street, faced two charges; theft from a shop and possession of a controlled drug of class A.
He stole perfume, worth £70, from Boots at Forster Square Retail Park, Valley Road, Bradford, on October 17, 2021.
Argyel was ordered to pay £70 compensation and fined £50 for the offence.
In the second charge, he was fined £100, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge for being in possession of a controlled drug of class A at Manchester Road, Bradford, on February 23, 2022.
Argyel pleaded guilty to both charges when he was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on March 15, 2022.
