A persistent beggar has been given a three-year Criminal Behaviour Order and barred from loitering in the Bradford area with a cup, hat, quilt or sign.
James Kilminster, 44, of Kirkgate, Shipley, was given the CRIMBO by Bradford and Keighley magistrates after being convicted of offences of begging in a public place.
He mustn’t ask anyone for money, cigarettes or alcohol in the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council area except as part of a contract of employment or legitimate benefit claim, retail purchase or banking transaction.
