A BRADFORD district restaurant has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Cafe Aamir Khan's - which is on 37-41 Bradford Road, Keighley - was given the score after an assessment on 17 February, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

According to the Agency, there are 753 restaurants, cafes and canteens in the district which have been rated for their food hygiene.

Of these, 527 (70 per cent) have five-star ratings.

No restaurants, cafes or canteens in the district have ratings of zero, although three businesses classed as 'retailers' and 'takeaways/sandwich shops' do, according to the data.

These businesses are Euro Market (524 Great Horton Road), Nadeem Savoury Hut (2 Carlisle Place) and Park Fisheries (42 Oak Lane).

Ten restaurants, cafes or canteens in Bradford have one-star ratings.
