A DRIVER was arrested in Keighley last night after being stopped by police.
Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) officers found a “significant quantity” of Class B drugs and cash in the car, leading to the driver being arrested for possession with intent to supply.
West Yorkshire Police - Keighley posted about the incident online shortly after 11pm yesterday.
In a tweet, it said: “Proactive NPT patrols in Keighley, stop this car.
“Misuse of Drugs Act search, significant quantity of Class B drugs and cash found.
“Driver arrested [for] possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply.
“Patrols continue to target organised drugs supply to make #Keighley streets safer.”
