THE development of a vacant site in Crossflatts could create around 60 jobs - new planning documents claim.
An application to build 19 new industrial units at Castlefields Industrial Estate have been submitted to Bradford Council by Pontefract based Peagar Ltd.
The site, at the heart of the industrial estate and off Castlefields Road, is currently vacant.
The application says that the development would bring up to 60 full time jobs to the site.

There will be parking for 77 vehicles.
The 19 units, of varying size, will be split between three buildings, although the application has little detail of any potential end users.
A decision on the planning application is expected to be made by Bradford Council in June.
