A PARKING firm based near Leeds Bradford Airport has been in court charged with three offences of failing to provide information to the police about a driver’s identity.

Leeds Airport Parking Services, which offers a meet and greet service where holidaymakers’ cars are stored near to the airport, denied the offences when it appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, February 24.

The firm, which is headquartered in Goldrill Avenue, Bolton, faces three alleged offences of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle when required.

These relate to three separate alleged incidents on July 24, October 27, and November 6, when it’s alleged the driver of the vehicle was guilty of an offence.

All the charges relate to the same vehicle, a 2007 Toyota Avensis.

The case has been adjourned until September 8 for the trial, which is set to take place at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court.
