A MAN has appeared in court charged with stealing coats and gillets from Bradford shops.
Michael Kalmar, 26, c/o Damon Avenue, Ravenscliffe, Bradford, was given a community order, including 50 hours unpaid work in the community, for four theft from a shop charges.
In the first offence, he stole six gillets, worth £114, from Next in Bradford, on December 6, 2021.
In the second, Kalmar stole three coats, worth a total of £90, from Next in Bradford, on December 8, 2021.
The third charge saw Kalmar steal two coats, worth £110, from Next in Bradford, on November 30, 2021. He was also ordered to pay £310 compensation.
He also stole two coats, worth £110, from Next on December 2, 2021.
Kalmar pleaded guilty to all of the offences and was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on March 9, 2022.
