A CHILD aged just two years old was not strapped into a car or in a suitable seat, police discovered.
Officers stopped a car on Bradford Road, Keighley, on Sunday night when they made the horrifying discovery.
Sergeant Dave Purcell, of the Keighley Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: "One of my officers has just stopped a car on Bradford Road in Keighley.
"Two adults and three children, one of them aged just two. Not one of them was wearing a seatbelt or in a suitable child seat.
"Dad can now explain to the magistrates' court why he felt this was acceptable."
