POLICE arrested three people for begging in Bradford on Friday night.
Officers from the Bradford South Neighbourhood Policing Team made the three arrrests while carrying out an operation tackle begging in Great Horton area.
A spokesperson for the police said yesterday: "Officers from West Yorkshire Police - Bradford South Neighbourhood Policing Team last night carried out a pro-active operation in relation to Beggars in the Great Horton area.
"Three arrests were made and all three suspects have been charged and bailed to appear before the courts."
