BRADFORD Council has been asked to reveal how much funding it has given to Welcome to Yorkshire.
The beleaguered organisation was recently placed into administration.
Chair Peter Box said: "The past three years have been incredibly difficult for Board members and staff as we have endeavoured to deal with well-publicised legacy issues."
He said the decision of the Yorkshire leaders not to commit to a multi-year funding package "whilst understandable" meant it could not continue in its present form.
In a written question ahead of Tuesday's Full Council meeting, councillor Councillor Debbie Davies (Con, Baildon) asked: "Given the recent news that Welcome to Yorkshire has gone into administration, would the Leader of the Council confirm how much funding has been provided to this organisation by Bradford Council?"
