POLICE seized cannabis and an e-scooter from a group of youths in the Bradford district last night.
The three youths, who were from Allerton, were spoken to at a bus stop in the centre of Cullingworth.
Sgt Terri Green, of West Yorkshire Police, said: “After I'd been to a meeting with Harden Village Council to discuss speeding in the village, I popped into Cullingworth to check on the anti-social behaviour there.
“I spoke to three youths from Allerton by the bus stop in the centre. One was smoking cannabis, another riding an e-scooter.
“I seized the scooter and the cannabis. I'll be liaising with parents and the Youth Justice Team as to how to progress.
“They were both upset - my response was don't come to Cullingworth if you don't want your stuff taken off you.
“We'll continue to prioritise issues people raise with us.”
