A MAN saw his wife's car seized by police after he was caught driving it without a valid licence.
West Yorkshire Police's Sergeant Terri Green, who heads up the Baildon, Bingley and Bingley Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT), said her team stopped the black Audi on Wednesday night.
The man attempted to give false details but police kept on finding him on their systems.
Not only did the individual not have a valid licence, but he had no insurance either.
Sergeant Green tweeted: "Car stopped by my team last night.
"Driver tried to give false details but persistence found him on police systems.
"He was reported for driving without a valid licence or insurance.
"The car was seized. It was his wife's car."
