A TEENAGER has been charged on suspicion of drug driving on a Bradford district road.
The male, 19, was arrested earlier this week for the offence committed on Leeds Road in Shipley.
He failed to provide a blood sample when at the police station.
Officers also found drugs in his possession and gave him a conditional caution.
On Thursday, a spokesperson from West Yorkshire Police said: "A 19-year-old male was arrested yesterday morning for drug driving on Leeds Road in Shipley.
"He was charged after he failed to provide a blood sample at the police station.
"He received a conditional caution for a separate offence of possession of cannabis.
"He was also reported for driving without insurance and driving otherwise in accordance with a licence."
