A FORENSIC scene is in place after an injured abducted man was found in a Bradford Park.

Police attended Bradford Moor Park this morning to find a man who had been abducted from an address in Leeds.

He was rushed to hospital. His injuries are not considered life-threatening.

Scenes are in place in Killinghall Road and in Belinda Street, Hunslet, to undergo forensic examination and searches.

As of 5.20 pm, Killinghall Road had reopened and bus services resumed their original routes.

A spokesperson from the force said: "At 9.59 am today, police were contacted by the ambulance service who had been called to a man found with injuries near to Bradford Moor Park, in Killinghall Road, Bradford.

"It was established the man had been abducted from an address in Belinda Street, Hunslet, Leeds.

"He was taken to hospital for treatment to injuries that were not considered life-threatening.

"Scenes are in place in Belinda Street and Killinghall Road to undergo forensic examination and searches.

"Detectives from Leeds District CID are carrying out enquiries to establish the full circumstances.
