THIS May bank holiday will see the first annual Crafty Dogg’s Beer Festival come to Ilkley.

The event will be held at Ilkley’s Kings Hall and Winter Garden, with more than ten craft breweries attending.

Among those attending are Beak Brewery, Salt, North Brewing Co and Ilkley Brewery, who will be bringing some very special beers for everyone to purchase.

The event will run over four sessions over two days.

You can choose to buy tickets for either 11am till 4pm or 6pm till 11pm on both Saturday 30th April and Sunday 1st May. Prices start at £8.50 for one session, which gains you entrance to the festival and glassware. You can then buy as little or as much as you wish, with options from local bottle shop Fuggle and Golding for those who want a break from beer, and food provided by Edward St Bakery.

Organiser Nate Kane said: “Being a local there was only one place I wanted to hold this. Ilkley Beer Festival is a fantastic event and my hope is that Crafty Dogg’s Beer Festival becomes another regular event in Ilkley, getting more people into Ilkley and driving footfall in to local businesses.”
