SAINSBURY'S says it hopes people will use its other nearby stores as it shuts a district branch tomorrow.
Sainsbury's Local, located on Main Street, will be shutting its doors for good tomorrow from 4pm.
The notice on the front door of the store adds the nearest Sainsbury's stores to Bingley are at The Broadway, Bradford and Bradford Road, Menston.
It also has a branch in Cavendish Street, Keighley.
A Sainsbury’s spokesman said: “Our Bingley Main Street is due to close this weekend.
"We hope to welcome customers at our other nearby stores, including our Keighley store.”
The branch opened in late 2014, after permission was granted in May that year for the food retail giant to take over a former Co-op shop in Main Street and the long-established Pizza Hut restaurant next door.
