YORKSHIRE Building Society has launched a search for new apprentices across the region as part of its Emerging Talent Programme.
The Society is offering up to 18 apprenticeships across three programmes, including IT & Digital, Customer Services, and Technology Services at its Leeds and Bradford main office sites and its branch network.
All apprentices at Yorkshire Building Society are paid above the Living Wage and are recruited on a permanent contract, which entitles them to all the same benefits as a non-apprentice.
The Society is offering Level 6 Advanced Level Apprenticeship qualifications for its IT & Digital programme and Level 3 Advanced Level Apprenticeship qualifications for its Customer Services and Technology Services programmes.
Hannah Porter, senior manager for talent resourcing and inclusion at Yorkshire Building Society, said: “We’re committed to providing great career pathways for our apprentices and fostering an inclusive culture for them to thrive.
“We’ve designed our Emerging Talent Programmes to help people turn their strengths and interests into an exciting and challenging career. We’ll give them opportunities to experiment, learn and develop. We’ll also champion and support our apprentices every step of the way."
Apply online by March 28, by visiting ybscareers.co.uk/emerging-talent.
