A MAN has been in court for not wearing his seat belt whilst driving near Bradford City's football ground.
Kamran Zulffkar committed the offence on the road named Valley Parade in Manningham almost three years ago, June 11, 2019.
The 37-year-old pleaded guilty when the case was heard on February 15, 2022 at Bradford And Keighley Magistrates Court.
Zulffkar, of Eastrington, Goole, was fined £220, and had to pay court costs of £90 and a £30 victim surcharge.
The £340 balance has to be paid by March 8.
