BRADFORD is set to feel the force of Storm Franklin until lunchtime, according to forecasts.
The district has been battered by the third named storm in seven days with strong winds and rain.
Bradford is included in a yellow weather warning for wind until 1pm today, according to the Met Office.
The yellow warning has been in place since noon yesterday and includes all of England after from the North East, western Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Bands of rain & showers will also be sinking south during the rush hour, & combined with the strong winds may make travel difficult in places

Some damage to buildings, such as tiles blown from roofs, could happen, along with trees coming down.
Road, rail, air and ferry services may be affected, and power cuts could take place.
Wind speeds in Bradford will peak at 49mph at 9am today and decrease throughout the rest of the day.
After a cloudy morning, an afternoon of sunshine and is expected with a dry day throughout.
Temperatures are set to reach a high of 9C in Bradford today.
The weather is set to calm down for the rest of this week in Bradford, with no weather warnings in place after today and mainly dry and sunny conditions in the coming days.
