The scene in Bradford Road, Riddlesden
SEVERAL homes have been evacuated as a precaution due to flooding in Bradford Road, at Riddlesden.
Torrential rain and water from the nearby canal has flooded the area close to East Riddlesden Hall.
A crew from Keighley fire station and staff from other services are in attendance.
Sandbags have been put in place to divert the torrent.
Bradford Road around the Granby Lane and Westlea Avenue junctions is closed to traffic.
East Riddlesden Hall has announced it will be shut today due to the weather conditions.
