BRADFORD City yesterday became the first club in the EFL to launch a dedicated supporter-services website.
Found by visiting support.bradfordcityafc.com, the site has now been officially launched following a lengthy ‘staging’ process, having been built earlier this season.
It is an all-encompassing hotbed for everything supporters need to know about the club, with up-to-date information, advice for disabled, first-time and travelling supporters, details of City’s work in the local community, and much more.
The dyslexia-friendly site is fully accessible for those with accessibility issues, including the visually impaired, with contrast aversion features.
A ‘Billy Bantam’ help assistant can be found in the bottom-right corner of your screen, and is on hand to answer all your queries, with dedicated LGBTQ+ and mental health sections, as well as areas for families and Junior Bantams.
And, with a calendar of events tailored towards the club, a special ‘Meet The Team’ section with details on who to direct specific queries to, and even details on matchday mascot packages, the website features everything you need to enjoy your Bradford City experience.
