A WOMAN has appeared in court in Bradford accused of possessing more than 104,000 indecent images of children and an image depicting bestiality.
Emma Humphries, 41, appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on February 4 on five charges, four relating to indecent images of children and one relation to bestiality.
The alleged offending is said to have taken place between May 2016 and June 2018, with three counts of making indecent photograph / pseudo-photograph of a child, one of possessing an extreme pornographic image portraying an act of intercourse with an animal.
For Humphries, of Claremont Street, Sowerby Bridge, the first count relates to 47 Category A photographs, the second refers to 46 Category B images, and the third relates to 104,556 Category C indecent photographs of children.
She is also accused of possessing an image portraying sex acts with an animal, and also with a further count of distributing an indecent photo of a child.
No plea was entered during the hearing, and magistrates sent the case to Bradford Crown Court, and Humphries is next required to appear in court on March 4. She was granted unconditional bail.
