A FOUR-ROOM house in the Bradford district up for auction with a £10,000+ guide price sold for more than seven times that amount.
The end-terrace house on Mornington Street, Keighley, sold at an online auction by Taylor James Auctions yesterday for £71,000.
The house features four rooms, a kitchen, bathroom/WC and front garden and is in need of modernisation.
