A TEENAGER arrested on suspicion of arson at a school is to appear before Bradford Magistrates today.
Aaron Foster, 19, of Mixenden, was charged with burglary and arson following the fire at Ash Green Primary School in Clough Lane, Mixenden, Halifax.
Foster has been remanded to appear before Bradford magistrates tomorrow.
Police on Tuesdaywere called at 7.48pm on Tuesday after receiving a report of an intruder alarm being triggered at the school.
Officers were dispatched to the scene and found one of the buildings on fire.
Emergency services attended and the man was located. He was arrested and taken to hospital for further treatment.
Firefighters from Illingworth, Halifax, Huddersfield, Bingley, Keighley, Cleckheaton, Mytholmroyd, Odsal, Rastrick and Bradford stations attended.
