A BRADFORD woman is aiming to get in contact with a man responsible for a heart-warming gesture.

Last Saturday, Sehrish Hussain was in a huge fluster when she lost her purse.

Sehrish realised she had misplaced the designer item - containing money, bank cards and a driving licence - once parked up outside her home.

The last place Sehrish had visited was Morrisons in Girlington, so she went back to the supermarket to see if someone had handed it in.

Customer service and the staff at the self-checkouts both said nothing had been reported.

A deflated Sehrish returned home to discover all her fears had been eased.

Her mother was handed the purse by the man leaving both women utterly surprised.

Described as a middle-aged white man of average height, Sehrish is determined to find and thank him for his generosity.

She said: "I just wanted to publicly thank the gentleman who dropped off my purse for me.

"It was my mum's old purse too, so it had that sentimental value.

"You don't get people like that these days, going that extra mile, it was just a beautiful gesture."
