TRAFFIC is building on the M62 after reports of two accidents involving two tankers and two vans.
Lanes two and three have been closed and there are severe delays of up to 80 minutes as traffic queues for eight miles.
The accident took place on the M62 Eastbound before J21 A6193 Sir Isaac Newton Way (Milnrow).
There is congestion to before J22 (Rishworth Moor.
Inrix reports: "Two lanes closed, severe delays and queueing traffic for eight miles due to accident, two tankers and two vans involved on M62 Eastbound before J21 A6193 Sir Isaac Newton Way (Milnrow).
"Congestion to before J22 (Rishworth Moor). Travel time is around 1 hour and 40 minutes. Lanes two and three (Of three) remains closed following a brief hold to the traffic around 10:25 after two separate accidents have occurred."
