A MAN has appeared in court charged with stealing two wheelbarrows from a Bradford district school.
Marek Tokar, 26, of Wilkinson Terrace, Bradford, faced one charge of theft - other - including theft by finding.
He stole two wheelbarrows, to an unknown value, from Westbourne Primary School, Skinner Lane, Manningham, Bradford, on October 25, 2021.
Tokar was handed a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £80 compensation, a £22 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
He pleaded guilty when he was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates' Court on January 25, 2022.
The two wheelbarrows stolen by Tokar also belonged to the primary school.
Tokar was told by the court he must pay for the compensation, costs and surcharges at £30 per month, starting from February 22, 2022.
