A DRIVER has appeared in court charged with stopping his car on a Bradford motorway.
Forid Uddin, 28, of Thursby Street, appeared in court on one charge of stop/cause to remain at rest a vehicle on a carriageway of motorway.
He stopped the car he was driving, a BMW, on the southbound carriageway of the M606 in Bradford on March 5, 2020.
Uddin was handed three driving licence points, fined £160, ordered to pay £170 costs and a £32 victim surcharge for the offence.
He pled guilty when he was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates' Court on Friday, January 7, 2022.
