Driver has lucky escape after car comes off motorway
A DRIVER had a lucky escape this evening after their car came off the motorway.
West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit shared these photographs of the stranded, damaged car.
It happened near Rishworth on the M62. Paramedics, police and highways officers were called to the scene.
Police said: "One very lucky driver, only minor injuries!"
The incident caused some delays between Rishworth and Ainley Top, but traffic has now returned to normal.
