A BRADFORD man has appeared in court charged with an assault on a police officer.
Emmanuel Moza, 29, of Mint Street, was in court for one charge of common assault of an emergency worker, a police constable, acting in the exercise of their work, at Intake Grove, Bradford, on December 2, 2021.
Moza was fined £140, ordered to pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge for the offence.
He pled guilty when he was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on January 18, 2022.
