A BRADFORD man has been jailed for exposing his penis before urinating in a car park and onto parked cars.

Altaf Hussain, 50, of Stone Street, was jailed for a total of eight-and-a-half months for three charges.

He was jailed for two months for an act of outraging public decency - common law for behaving in an indecent manner. He exposed his penis before urinating in a car park and onto parked cars at Bushey, Hertfordshire, between September 28 and 29, 2021.

Hussain was also jailed for two months, to run consecutively, for a charge of criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. He damaged a cell door and cell floor in Hatfield, to an unknown value, belonging to Hertfordshire Constabulary, on September 28, 2021.

He was also committed to prison for two months, to run concurrently, for a charge of using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour to cause harassment/alarm/distress on September 28, 2021.

He was jailed as the offences were deemed so serious because they were aggravated by being committed while he was on bail.

Hussain pled guilty to all three charges when he was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates' Court on January 19, 2022.

He had initially appeared at West and Central Hertfordshire Magistrates' Court on September 30, 2021.
