A BRADFORD man has been jailed for a host of thefts including stealing children's Peppa Pig toys.
Usman Iqbal, 31, of Naples Street, has been jailed for a total of 12 months.
He was committed to prison for two months and ordered to pay a £156 victim surcharge for stealing children's Peppa Pig toys, worth £49.98, from B&M in Bradford on December 12, 2021.
Iqbal was also jailed for two months, to run consecutively, for stealing shaving products, worth £133.92, from B&M in Bradford, on January 5, 2022.
He was committed to prison for two months, to run consecutively, for stealing shaving products, worth £52, from B&M in Bradford on January 8, 2022.
He was re-sentenced for an original offence of stealing £12 worth of shampoo on June 15, 2021. He was jailed for two months, to run consecutively, for this offence.
He was also re-sentenced for an original offence of stealing six beard trimmers, worth £154, from B&M in Bradford, on June 20, 2021. He was jailed for two months, to run consecutively, for this offence.
Iqbal was re-sentenced for an original offence of stealing five bottles of JOOP perfume, worth £99.95, from B&M, Victoria Shopping Centre in Bradford, on June 22, 2021.
He was jailed for a 'wilful and persistent failure to comply with the requirements of a community order because the offence was aggravated by being committed while subject to a community sentence'.
Iqbal was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates' Court on January 10, 2022.
