A VEHICLE was seized in Bradford city centre after police spotted it parked on zigzag lines near a pelican crossing.
West Yorkshire Police's Steerside Enforcement Team tweeted: "The driver of this vehicle was spoken with by Steerside because he parked his vehicle in the limits of a pelican crossing (parked on white zigzags).
"Checks revealed he did not have insurance. Driver reported for both offences and vehicle seized."
