A MAN has appeared in court charged with stealing a tracksuit from a Bradford sports shop.
Michael Kalmar, 26, of no fixed address, faced a charge of theft from a shop after stealing a Nike tracksuit from JD Sports in Bradford on November 17, 2021.
He was fined £80, ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £34 victim surcharge for the offence.
He was also fined £120 for a second charge of failing to surrender to police/court bail at the appointed time, at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court, on December 3, 2021.
Kalmar pleaded guilty to both charges when he appeared at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on January 6, 2022.
