A BRADFORD man has appeared in court charged with going equipped for burglary at a petrol station.
Lee Windsor, 42, of Laisteridge Lane, was given a community order for one charge of going equipped for burglary.
He had with him a brown pocket knife and blue wire cutters, both articles for use in the course of, or in connection with, a burglary.
The offence took place at Esso, Low Moor, Cleckheaton Road, on December 2, 2021.
He was also ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
The community order imposed on Windsor also included a rehabilitation activity requirement, where he must comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend appointments.
Windsor pleaded guilty when he appeared at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates' Court on December 22, 2021.
