HERE's when and where the mobile test and collect team will be in Birstall and Heckmondwike this week for people to pick up home lateral flow testing kits.
It is recommended that people continue to test regularly such as after close contact with others in a higher risk environment, or before spending time with a more vulnerable person.
This is to help to keep yourself and others as safe as possible and help prevent the spread of Covid-19.
On Thursday, January 13,f rom 9am, the service will be at Birstall Market car park, Market Street, Birstall, from 9am, for collection only.
On Friday, January 14, from 9am, the team will be at Morrisons, Union Street, Heckmondwike for test to be collected, and also for people to get an assisted lateral flow test.
As testing kits are in very high demand and will be handed out on a first come, first served basis, the team will leave the site once all the kits have been handed out.
The tests come with instructions on how to use them and how frequently you should take them. The team will be able to answer any questions about testing and how to use the tests should help be needed.
